Merchandise is hit or miss, but they're usually fair when it comes to doing sales or trades. Better practices and higher quality. However, this Crossroads is in my hood. I have never sold clothing here so I can't speak for that. The "designer" rack is run of the mill Nordstrom brands, Kors, Free People, or Madewell which is OK but I would assimilate them with the rest of the clothes and not even bother labeling them Designer esp.

If they are old looking, stretched, and pilly. No authenticity proof and very obvious inconsistencies about the bags. If you sell fakes, fine, there is actually a market for that, but don't mislead people. Last time, instead of checking people at the door, she appeared to profile a young couple and after she followed them around she yelled repeatedly EVERY BODY NEEDS TO CHECK IN THEIR BAGS across the whole store.

Today she had an employee check the inside of a young woman's backpack as she was leaving. I don't need to shop where customers are treated like a thief.

I will never let any employee search my bag. I will never "check in" my nice purse with my phone, wallet, sunglasses, etc. To trust YOUR employees with them. This is why it's best to buy nicer clothes and bags new. You are buying authentic items, dont get yelled at, searched or harassed and shopping is pleasant.

After today, no more used stuff being guarded by a junk yard dog. But hey, I guess the fake purses and used Forever 21 clothes need to be on lockdown. The cheapie cute stuff, I will just buy at Heavenly Couture down the street or Forever 21 where they also let you shop without harassment. Bye Crossroads I'll say this in a nice way, very dissatisfied with the customer service. I get it you work in retail and therefore your life sucks but please don't take it out on your customers, otherwise they'll not come back.

I'll stick to Marshall's and TJ Maxx for cheap quality clothing. Kind of a smallish location with a pretty big designer section. Lots of Free People things for some reason. Not many bags and shoes are organized differently than in other places.

I've always shopped at a Crossroads mostly in California I really like the one on Fillmore and in the Castro I do live in Santa Cruz so I definitely cruise this one a lot The problem was that they had the security tag on each side of each shoe so they were hard to try on.

When I asked the clerk to remove the tags I noticed a hole on both shoes. Why would anyone on earth put the tag where they are going to actually ruin the nice leather shoe with a hole?? These weren't cheap shoes so I asked if they could possibly give me a discount which I hardly ask but the clerk had to go ask the manager. He came back and said the manager said no because the shoes were shipped from another store?

What the heck does that have to do with marking down the shoes?? It is still being sold by a Crossroads store and seemed like a lame excuse. I am very disappointed and as I mentioned before I always shop and sell here and I think I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I feel like that's typical at Crossroads Anywho, it's a small store. It smelled a little like lingering cigarette smoke. I didn't really care for the selection. BUTTTTTTT their Lululemon prices were varied and more expensive than the San Jose Crossroads I visited. I don't know why. That was strange and definitely not attractive as a Crossroads shopper.

Not sure how to feel about this store. It's not too expensive, and there's always some really cute shirts or jeans that I couldn't find elsewhere. They are choosy about what comes in. It's great to have a place to sell clothing and buy it in one place. It's comfy, cute, and I love it. Aside from that, this Crossroads is the smallest I have been to in the Bay Area If you want a bigger selection check out the one in West San Jose on San Carlos Ave or the one in Berkeley off Shattuck Ave.

However, the staff here are friendly and the space is clean. They've got the mens section too. They may be moving soon to a new spot in Santa Cruz or getting a facelift There's some decent finds at this Crossroads. I noticed there is more "skater wear" here -- lots of Van's shoes and baggy shorts.

I guess it comes with the territory.

Small store and not a great selection of clothes - at least on the women's side of the store. I agree staff is lackluster and don't make a point to be welcoming to customers. I do think the place is fairly clean and organized which is nice.

Prices are so - so. Some items a little steep for what it is but a lot cheaper than buying all these items full price brand new. I have been to much bigger stores with better selections in the past specifically in Sacramento area. Good place though to come by once in a while and check out the selection.

This Crossroads is located on the sketchier side of downtown. I have noticed that although they do carry 'designer' religare stock brokers bangalore 'name brand' items, most of the time they are pretty thrashed and over priced.

The employees here are definitely not personable, and would rather talk to one another than try to help you out. This is a pretty standard practice for retail stores though so it wasn't too surprising. I have sold here on one occasion, and the woman who took a look at my clothes spent less than 5 minutes looking through a huge bag. Maybe if this location starts hiring people who want to be there, my experiences will improve.

This Crossroads was pretty awesome. The service was great, they had some really fun stuff and there wasn't that weird smell that's a cross how does plenty of fish make money feet and cheese in their dressing room I've found with many Crossroads. I ended up finding a bullet belt I've been searching for for awhile and for a pretty awesomely decent price.

Crossroads are still not usually my fav go to places but this one was on the higher end of their scale. I'd drop by again if I was in the area regularly. The shop is always crowded with people who pacific stock trading company santa cruz ca buying clothes and some are waiting to sell their used clothes. I used to buy stuff here, sometimes I found cute stuff, but the prices are not really "cute".

I tried to sell my clothes here twice. To me, the staff is friendly, but the manager I guess, who always ties her hair how much money does ashley cole earn a bunch.

She never smiles to people, and i feel so afraid whenever I look at her face. The way she picks up my clothes and decides to buy looks like typing jobs work from home philippines is doing for me a "huge" favor.

I better give my clothes to my relatives than trying to sell clothes here. They buy for cheap price and unfriendly Thumb down! Unfortunately, the women who work here are snobby. This makes shopping here an uncomfortable experience.

For example, they're hiring right now and someone came in to apply. The women at the counter were talking about how person wasn't "dressed appropriately" and was "dirty. You work at a glorified thrift store. Outdated selection of clothes, most of what they do have are cheap brands. First please let me clarify that my review is only addressed to Santa Cruz Store - San Jose is FIVE STARS. Customer Service makes this store a negative Three Stars but the clothing takes them back up to one star.

Hey manager I saw you roll your eyes when I had a question about a price and the top I gave you with no tag - I didn't like or want the shirt, but since I shop W San Carlos I know the rules "no tag no sale" I wanted to save someone who really wanted that shirt to not lose out - do keep your starky attitude to yourself. I was around for the manager - Salvation Army debacle! So keep your bad customer service for another day. Four stars for the amount of clothes they have and the pricing.

Crossroads is the first place to look when I go shopping. That being said- the staff is god awful. I was in there today, and to begin with, I didn't get any sort of welcoming, which pacific stock trading company santa cruz ca the biggest deal though at my work, another cheap retail clothing store downtown, we would be penalized for not greeting someone.

Whenever I go to the counter for checkout, I have to tell them I'm ready. They'll be behind the counter, right in front of me tagging or pricing or something, and don't even look up. Not once have a got a "how's your day going" or "did you find everything alright? I actually applied here a few weeks back for a sales position, had an hour long interview that went splendid, and the assistant manager who interviewed me happened to quit right as they were hiring.

When How to make money at 700 dollars fast with 1000 asked about the status of the position, they told me they had no record of my application, resume, or the interview. I seriously wouldn't be surprised if one of the girls working here purposely sabotaged my chances because I'm polar opposites to them and really outgoing. I guess the management thinks the clothes can just sell themselves or something.

I went in to Crossroads binary options trading signals discount glossary to sell some clothes and do brokers canada discount stock shopping.

I was greeted by a cheerful "Hi! I shopped while she sifted through my pile, and found many hidden gems! Especially the jewelry in the front glass! They have a great mix of designer items, vintage, and affordable trendy items. Overall, had a great experience and left with some very cute stuff at a discount.

I've been selling and buying here for almost ten years! There system has gotten better and better. Sad they aren't taking vintage anymore, and yeah there is a lot of ceramic stock market bullish or bearish stuff that seems to just stay on some of the racks.

But I also find lots of great things here in good and decent conditions, and I often get it for free by selling my items.

As buyers, they are very specific and of course it always hurts to get such a small fraction back of what you paid for something. But you can't beat the convenience that they buy any time, and if your other option is to just give it all away, you may as well make something for your quality clothes you aren't wearing.

Great stuff, friendly staff. Not enough clothes for men. Claimed This business has been claimed by the owner or a representative. I'll say this in a nice way, very dissatisfied with the customer service. Bring us your gently used clothes, shoes and accessories and get cash on the spot.
