Insert stored procedure - use DEFAULT if ISNULL

I have a stored procedure that does an Insert. I want to have optional parameters for the fields.

If the parameter is null, then I want to use the field default. Is there an easy way to do this? I'd prefer not to have to build a whole string manually through code as I have hundreds of fields, but if that's the best way then fine.

Here's my current routine.
