The Pre Travel Services Advisor reports to the Pre Travel Services Team Leader , and is responsible for the administration and call handling support for Customers of Jet2holidays who have queries relating to post-booking and pre-departure timescales.

This role is based from home.

The key responsibilities will be to answer and resolve inbound Customer queries by email or telephone. You will effectively manage any pre-departure amendments to holidays and activate any cancellations that may occur directly with Customers or with Travel Agents.

Taking balance payments, chasing up late payments and updating the payment system as appropriate will also be part of your role. You will email or post relevant documentation to Customers within the required timescales and offer Jet2holidays Customers an exceptional customer experience. Excellent communication skills are required for this role and previous experience of working in Customer service and contact centre environment is essential. You will be organised, flexible and have outstanding attention to detail and be able to work within a strong team unit.

All candidates must have a suitable working space in their home and high speed broadband.
