If one attaches a folding stock to a carbine, and keeps the 16" barrel does the folder create any legal problems if the weapon can still be fired while folded? Does this make it essentially a pistol with the stock folded, and if so, is a foregrip in use while it is folded make it an AOW according to the NFA?
